ARVEN SOLUTIONS SA ("Company" or "we") collects, uses, discloses, and processes personal data from our clients or merchants (each, a "Merchant" or "Client"), in connection with our application, WhatsReceipt, and the rights and choices available to individuals regarding personal data. This Privacy Notice does not apply to the Company's privacy practices in any other context.
The processing of personal data by the Company in connection with our application is governed by this Privacy Notice and our agreements with Clients. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Notice and a client agreement, the client agreement shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
By accepting or downloading the application, you consent to the use of your personal information in accordance with the policies described below.
"Personal data" means information of any kind relating to identified or identifiable natural or legal persons.
We may amend this Privacy Notice as necessary to comply with local laws or regulations around the world.
When you access our websites or use our mobile applications, we, our service providers, and our partners may automatically collect information about you and your activity on our websites or mobile applications.
